The process
Before we start, you should know what you are getting into.
There are no standard projects. But there is a way of working I always follow: understand first, propose second, produce third.
This page explains what the process looks like and what working with me is actually like. If you still have questions afterwards, just ask me directly.
The first conversation is not a quote.
It is a diagnosis, and it takes 30 to 45 minutes. You tell me where you are, what you want to achieve and what the context is. I listen, ask what I need to, and tell you whether it makes sense for us to work together.
If it does, I propose a first approach. If it does not, either because it is not the right moment or because what you need is outside what I do, I tell you that too.
No endless briefing forms and no sales presentations. Just a direct conversation.
What helps if you bring it
Clarity about the goal
Not the service, the outcome. More clients, better image, ranking on Google, launching something new.
What you have now
Even if you are not happy with it. It is the best starting point to understand where you stand.
A couple of references
Optional but useful. Businesses in your sector whose communication you like, even from another country.
If you do not know exactly what you need, that is fine. We work that out in the conversation too.
Six phases. Always in this order.
They do not all carry the same weight in every project, but all of them are there in one form or another.
Diagnosis
Before proposing anything I need to understand your business: what you do, who your client is, what you have tried to communicate so far and what worked. I assume nothing before asking.
Strategy
With the diagnosis clear, I define what makes sense to do, why, and in what order. Strategy is not a 50 page document. It is a short roadmap with justified decisions.
Planning
Phases, key dates, intermediate deliveries and expectations, all in writing before production starts. If something changes along the way, you hear it in advance.
Production
The actual work: design, development, photography, video, content. I involve you at the decision points, not in every technical detail. My job is that you do not have to micromanage.
Delivery
Files in the formats you need, with the documentation to use them. If you are going to manage something yourself, I show you how.
Follow-up
What happens after launch: measuring, adjusting and deciding the next move based on what the numbers say rather than on opinions.
Shall we have that first conversation?
Thirty minutes, no obligation and no sales deck. Worst case, you leave with a clearer idea of what you need.
